These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and all programmes, services, and digital products offered by Yinka Babalola ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand yinkababalola.com. By purchasing or enrolling in any offering, you agree to these terms in full.
For questions, contact us at: team@yinkababalola.com
Yinka Babalola offers personal growth coaching, mindset support, and business guidance through 1:1 coaching containers, group programmes, digital courses, and workshops. This work is educational and transformational in nature.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional clinical support, please seek qualified help.
Results from this work depend on your individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. No specific outcome, revenue figure, or result is guaranteed.
As your coach and guide, Yinka Babalola commits to:
We do not guarantee specific business results, income levels, or personal outcomes. What we guarantee is our full presence and commitment to the process.
As a client or programme participant, you agree to:
The depth of your transformation is directly connected to the depth of your participation. The coaching container holds the space — you do the work.
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan agreed at enrolment. Where a payment plan is offered, each instalment is binding — you are responsible for all payments regardless of whether you continue to actively participate in the programme.
Failed or disputed payments may result in loss of access to sessions, materials, or community spaces until the outstanding balance is resolved.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on coaching containers, programmes, or digital products once payment has been made and access has been granted.
We encourage you to review all programme details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to enrolling, please reach out to us at team@yinkababalola.com before completing your purchase.
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a programme as described due to circumstances on our end, we will work with you in good faith to find an appropriate resolution.
All content, materials, frameworks, programmes, and resources created by Yinka Babalola — including but not limited to videos, workbooks, course content, written materials, and website content — are the intellectual property of Yinka Babalola and are protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any materials without express written permission. Personal use only.
What is shared in private sessions stays private. We will not disclose the personal content of your sessions to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
We may reference anonymised, non-identifiable insights from our coaching work for educational purposes (e.g. in content or teaching). We will never identify you or share identifying details without your permission.
In group programme settings, all participants are expected to honour the same confidentiality standard with regard to other members.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any programme or coaching container — without refund — if a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or repeatedly disrespectful toward Yinka Babalola or other participants.
If you wish to discontinue a coaching container before its end date, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments on your agreed payment plan.
Yinka Babalola is not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of coaching sessions or programme content. You are solely responsible for your own choices and their outcomes.
Results shared by past clients or on this website are illustrative and are not a guarantee of what you will experience. Individual results vary.
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be enforceable internationally. Clients based in Nigeria agree that any disputes will be governed by Nigerian law. Clients based elsewhere agree to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing legal action.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
